Що це і хто погоджується

LearnWord це застосунок для вивчення слів: словник, вправи, розклад повторень, картинки до слів і розбір фото. Користуючись застосунком, ви погоджуєтесь із цими умовами. Якщо застосунком користується дитина, умови приймає дорослий, на якому акаунт: він відповідає за покупки і за те, якими функціями користується дитина.

Плани

• Сад, безкоштовний назавжди: слова без обмежень, вправи, повторення, озвучка, синхронізація, готові набори. Три картинки в подарунок на старті, вони не згорають. Фото сторінок і картки від ШІ мають місячний ліміт, він показаний у застосунку.
• Плюс, підписка на місяць: більший місячний ліміт картинок, фото і карток від ШІ та розумні варіанти відповідей у вправах. Точні числа показані на екрані Плюса перед покупкою.
• Докупки: пакети картинок поза підпискою. Вони не згорають і сумуються.

Як працюють ліміти

• Одиниця обліку: одна картинка, одне фото, одне слово від ШІ. Список на двадцять слів списує двадцять.
• Місячні ліміти оновлюються першого числа кожного календарного місяця. Невикористаний залишок місячного ліміту на наступний місяць не переходить. Подарункові і докуплені картинки строку не мають.
• Картинки списуються в такому порядку: місячний ліміт Плюса, потім подарункові, потім докуплені.
• Одиниця списується в момент запиту. Якщо сервіс ШІ не відповів або повернув порожній результат, одиниця повертається автоматично. Картинка, яка вам не сподобалась, це виконаний запит, її можна намалювати ще раз за нову одиницю.
• Проти ботів стоїть стеля швидкості: за багато запитів поспіль застосунок просить зачекати хвилину. Звичайне користування її не відчуває.

Підписка LearnWord Плюс

• Підписка «LearnWord Плюс» триває один місяць і коштує 3.99 $ на місяць або еквівалент у валюті вашого App Store. Остаточну ціну з податками показує App Store перед покупкою.
• Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID при підтвердженні покупки. Підписка поновлюється автоматично на той самий період, і плата за поновлення списується протягом 24 годин до кінця поточного періоду, поки її не скасувати щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду.
• Керувати підпискою і скасувати її можна в налаштуваннях App Store: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Вихід з акаунта, видалення застосунку чи видалення акаунта LearnWord підписку не скасовують, це робиться лише в App Store.
• Після скасування Плюс діє до кінця оплаченого періоду, далі акаунт повертається в Сад: слова, картинки, прогрес і докуплені картинки лишаються.
• Повернення коштів розглядає Apple за своїми правилами. Це не обмежує прав, які вам дає закон про захист прав споживачів вашої країни: якщо оплачена функція не працює, напишіть нам, ми розберемось.
• Для покупок через App Store також діє стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple для застосунків. Якщо вона розходиться з цими умовами щодо покупки в App Store, перевагу має угода Apple. Apple не є стороною цих умов і не відповідає за підтримку застосунку.

Докупки

Пакети картинок зараховуються на ваш акаунт LearnWord і зберігаються на нашому сервері, тож переживають перевстановлення застосунку і зміну пристрою: достатньо увійти тим самим акаунтом. Якщо ви купили пакет на гостьовому акаунті, увійдіть через Apple, Google або пошту, і залишок перейде в акаунт разом зі словником. Докуплені картинки не згорають ні після закінчення Плюса, ні з часом. Вони зникають лише разом з акаунтом: після видалення акаунта невикористаний залишок не відновлюється і не повертається грошима.

Акаунт і дані

Почати можна без реєстрації: застосунок створює гостьовий акаунт сам. Вхід через Apple, Google або за кодом на пошту потрібен, щоб синхронізувати словник між пристроями і не втратити його разом з телефоном. Видалити акаунт можна в Профілі: дані зберігаються ще 30 днів на випадок, якщо ви передумаєте, вхід за цей час пропонує відновити акаунт, після чого ми все стираємо. Ваш контент і наш

• Ваші слова, переклади, нотатки, контексти і фото лишаються вашими. Ви дозволяєте нам зберігати, синхронізувати і обробляти їх лише настільки, наскільки це потрібно для роботи застосунку, зокрема передавати сервісу ШІ за вашим натисканням.
• Картинки, переклади і приклади, створені ШІ для вас, ви можете використовувати для власного навчання. Ми не гарантуємо виключних авторських прав на такі результати і не відповідаємо за їхню унікальність.
• Не завантажуйте в застосунок чужі персональні дані і протизаконний контент. Скріншоти чатів і фото сторінок книжок використовуйте лише для власного навчання і з повагою до прав авторів та людей на них.
• Готові набори слів, дизайн і назва LearnWord належать нам. Ми даємо вам особисту некомерційну ліцензію на користування застосунком.

Контент від ШІ

Переклади, приклади, картинки, варіанти-плутанки у вправах і розпізнавання слів на фото створює модель штучного інтелекту. Вони можуть містити помилки. Перевіряйте важливе, невдалу картинку можна намалювати ще раз, а про неприйнятний результат напишіть нам на hello@hadeys.com.

Промокоди

Промокод це наш подарунок, не покупка в App Store: він вмикає Плюс на вказаний у ньому строк або додає пакет картинок без оплати. Промокод не є підпискою: після закінчення строку платежів нема, акаунт повертається в Сад, якщо ви не оформили Плюс в App Store. Якщо Плюс уже активний, строк промокоду додається до чинного. Один код діє на одному акаунті один раз. Промокоди не обмінюються на гроші і можуть бути відкликані, якщо їх поширювали всупереч домовленості або отримали обманом.

Чесне користування

Картинки, фото і картки від ШІ коштують нам грошей за кожен виклик, тому на них є ліміти. Автоматизовані запити, обхід лімітів і стелі швидкості, перепродаж доступу і спроби втрутитись у роботу сервера заборонені. У відповідь на порушення ми можемо тимчасово обмежити функції ШІ, а при повторному або грубому порушенні закрити акаунт. Перед закриттям ми попереджаємо в застосунку або листом і даємо час зберегти копію словника. Якщо обмеження спрацювало помилково, напишіть нам на hello@hadeys.com.

Зміни умов і лімітів

• Ліміти безкоштовного плану ми можемо змінювати, повідомляючи про це в застосунку.
• Ліміти Плюса в уже оплаченому періоді ми не зменшуємо. Зміни умов Плюса починають діяти з наступного періоду, про них ми повідомляємо в застосунку щонайменше за 30 днів, і ви можете скасувати підписку до цього.
• Докуплені картинки лишаються на тих умовах, на яких їх куплено.
• Ці умови можуть змінюватись. Про суттєві зміни ми повідомимо в застосунку, дата оновлення стоїть угорі. Продовження користування після дати оновлення означає згоду з новими умовами. Якщо українська і англійська версії розходяться, перевагу має українська.
• Якщо нам доведеться закрити LearnWord, ми повідомимо в застосунку щонайменше за 30 днів, щоб ви встигли зберегти копію словника. Підписка на той момент не поновиться, а щодо невикористаних докупок діють правила App Store.

Відповідальність

Застосунок надається як є. Ми робимо все, щоб він працював стабільно, але не гарантуємо безперервність роботи сторонніх сервісів, від яких залежать картинки, розбір фото і картки від ШІ. Наскільки дозволяє закон, наша відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви заплатили нам за останні 12 місяців. Це не обмежує прав, які вам дає закон про захист прав споживачів вашої країни.

Право і спори

До цих умов застосовується право України. Спори вирішуються в судах України, якщо закон вашої країни не дає вам права звернутись до суду за місцем проживання. Спершу напишіть нам: більшість питань вирішується листом.

What it is and who agrees

LearnWord is an app for learning words: a dictionary, exercises, a review schedule, pictures for words and photo scanning. By using the app you agree to these terms. If a child uses the app, the terms are accepted by the adult who owns the account: they are responsible for purchases and for which features the child uses.

Plans

• Garden, free forever: unlimited words, exercises, reviews, audio, sync, ready-made sets. Three pictures as a gift at the start, and they never expire. Page photos and AI cards have a monthly limit shown in the app.
• Plus, a monthly subscription: a bigger monthly limit of pictures, photos and AI cards, and smart answer options in exercises. The exact numbers are shown on the Plus screen before purchase.
• Top-ups: picture packs outside the subscription. They never expire and add up.

How limits work

• The unit of account is one picture, one photo, one AI word. A list of twenty words uses twenty.
• Monthly limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. An unused part of the monthly limit does not carry over. Gift and top-up pictures have no expiry.
• Pictures are drawn down in this order: the Plus monthly limit, then gift pictures, then top-ups.
• A unit is charged at the moment of the request. If the AI service fails or returns an empty result, the unit is refunded automatically. A picture you do not like is a completed request, and you can draw it again for a new unit.
• A rate ceiling guards against bots: after many requests in a row the app asks you to wait a minute. Normal use never hits it.

LearnWord Plus subscription

• The "LearnWord Plus" subscription lasts one month and costs 3.99 $ per month or the equivalent in your App Store currency. The final price including taxes is shown by the App Store before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period, and the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in App Store settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Signing out, deleting the app or deleting your LearnWord account does not cancel the subscription, that only happens in the App Store.
• After cancellation Plus stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Garden: words, pictures, progress and top-up pictures stay.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. This does not limit the rights given to you by the consumer protection law of your country: if a paid feature does not work, write to us and we will sort it out.
• For App Store purchases Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it differs from these terms regarding an App Store purchase, Apple's agreement prevails. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for supporting the app.

Top-ups

Picture packs are credited to your LearnWord account and kept on our server, so they survive reinstalling the app and changing devices: just sign in with the same account. If you bought a pack on a guest account, sign in with Apple, Google or email and the balance moves into the account together with the dictionary. Top-up pictures do not expire when Plus ends or over time. They disappear only with the account: after account deletion an unused balance is not restored and not refunded.

Account and data

You can start without registering: the app creates a guest account by itself. Signing in with Apple, Google or an emailed code is needed to sync the dictionary across devices and not lose it with the phone. You can delete the account in Profile: the data is kept for 30 more days in case you change your mind, signing in during that time offers to restore the account, and then we erase everything. What we collect, why, and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content and ours

• Your words, translations, notes, contexts and photos remain yours. You allow us to store, sync and process them only as far as needed to run the app, including passing them to the AI service when you tap the button.
• Pictures, translations and examples the AI creates for you may be used for your own learning. We do not guarantee exclusive copyright in such results and are not responsible for their uniqueness.
• Do not upload other people's personal data or unlawful content. Use chat screenshots and photos of book pages only for your own learning and with respect for the rights of authors and the people in them.
• Ready-made word sets, the design and the LearnWord name belong to us. We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the app.

AI content

Translations, examples, pictures, mix-up options in exercises and word recognition in photos are produced by an artificial intelligence model. They can contain mistakes. Check what matters, a picture you do not like can be drawn again, and tell us about an unacceptable result at hello@hadeys.com.

Promo codes

A promo code is our gift, not an App Store purchase: it enables Plus for the period stated in it or adds a picture pack without payment. A promo code is not a subscription: when the period ends there is no charge and the account returns to Garden unless you subscribe to Plus in the App Store. If Plus is already active, the promo period is added to it. One code works once per account. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for money and may be revoked if shared against the agreement or obtained by fraud.

Fair use

Pictures, photos and AI cards cost us money per call, so they have limits. Automated requests, circumventing limits or the rate ceiling, reselling access and attempts to interfere with the server are not allowed. In response to a violation we may temporarily restrict AI features, and on a repeated or gross violation close the account. Before closing we warn you in the app or by email and give you time to save a copy of the dictionary. If a restriction was triggered by mistake, write to us at hello@hadeys.com.

Changes to terms and limits

• We may change the limits of the free plan with a notice in the app.
• We do not reduce Plus limits within a period you have already paid for. Changes to Plus take effect from the next period, we announce them in the app at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel the subscription before then.
• Top-up pictures keep the terms they were bought on.
• These terms may change. We will announce material changes in the app, and the update date is shown at the top. Continued use after the update date means you accept the new terms. If the Ukrainian and English versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
• If we ever have to shut LearnWord down, we will announce it in the app at least 30 days ahead so you can save a copy of the dictionary. The subscription will not renew after that, and App Store rules apply to unused top-ups.

Liability

The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it stable but do not guarantee the uninterrupted work of third-party services that pictures, photo scanning and AI cards depend on. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. This does not limit the rights given to you by the consumer protection law of your country.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless the law of your country gives you the right to sue where you live. Write to us first: most questions are settled by email.
