1. Які дані ми зберігаємо

• Ідентифікатор акаунта. При першому запуску створюється гостьовий акаунт з випадковим ідентифікатором, без пошти та імені. Він потрібен, щоб зберігати ваш словник на сервері та переносити його між пристроями. Коли ви входите через Apple, Google або код на пошту, гостьовий словник зливається з акаунтом цієї пошти.
• Email. Лише якщо ви самі прив'яжете акаунт: вхід через Apple, через Google або за кодом на пошту. Від Apple і Google ми отримуємо тільки адресу пошти та ідентифікатор входу, не контакти чи інші дані. Apple може видати нам приховану адресу-переадресацію замість справжньої. Лист із кодом входу надсилає поштовий сервіс нашого провайдера авторизації.
• Ваш контент. Слова, переклади, приклади, нотатки, контексти, налаштування картки, історія повторень і згенеровані ілюстрації.
• Фото для розбору. Якщо ви фотографуєте сторінку книжки або надсилаєте скріншот, щоб витягнути з нього слова, зображення стискається на пристрої і передається сервісу ШІ для розпізнавання. На наших серверах воно не зберігається: лишаються тільки слова, які ви потім додали у словник.
• Лічильники використання. Скільки ілюстрацій, фото-розборів і слів від ШІ ви використали за період, щоб рахувати безкоштовний ліміт, підписку і докуплені пакети.
• Звіти про збої. Якщо застосунок падає або в ньому стається помилка, ми отримуємо технічний звіт: модель пристрою, версія системи і застосунку, текст помилки, ідентифікатор акаунта. Без тексту слів, без пошти, без місцезнаходження. Окремо в нашій базі є журнал помилок: якщо не вдалося намалювати картинку, туди записується слово, для якого це сталось.
• Лічильники подій. Технічні події на кшталт «застосунок відкрито», «слово додано», «повторення завершено», «показано екран Плюса» з ідентифікатором акаунта, версією застосунку і платформою. Без імені, пошти і тексту слів. Сервіс аналітики визначає за IP-адресою запиту приблизне місцезнаходження (країну і місто), саму адресу ми не зберігаємо. Ми дивимось на ці події сукупно, щоб розуміти, які функції працюють, а які ні.
• Покупки. Факт підписки чи докупки, її термін дії та ідентифікатор транзакції магазину. Платіжні дані (картка) обробляє Apple або Google, ми їх не бачимо.
• Листування. Якщо ви пишете нам на пошту, ми зберігаємо листування, поки відповідаємо на запит і протягом року після нього.

2. Навіщо і на якій підставі

Виключно для роботи застосунку. Ми не використовуємо дані для реклами, не продаємо їх і не передаємо брокерам даних.

• Вхід, синхронізація словника, розклад повторень, облік лімітів і покупок. Підстава: виконання договору з вами (Умови користування). Без цих даних застосунок не працює.
• Переклади, приклади, ілюстрації, розбір фото, плутанки у вправах. Підстава: виконання договору. Кожну таку передачу в сервіс ШІ ви запускаєте самі натисканням кнопки, і можете не користуватись цими функціями зовсім.
• Звіти про збої, журнал помилок і захист від ботів (стеля швидкості запитів). Підстава: наш законний інтерес тримати застосунок робочим і безпечним.
• Лічильники подій. Підстава: наш законний інтерес розуміти, якими функціями користуються, щоб розвивати продукт. Ви можете заперечити проти цієї обробки листом на hello@hadeys.com, і ми припинимо збирати події з вашого акаунта.
• Відповіді на ваші звернення. Підстава: законний інтерес відповідати тим, хто нам пише, і договір, якщо звернення стосується підписки чи покупок.

3. Хто обробляє дані і де

Конкретних постачальників ми не називаємо, лише категорії. Усі вони працюють за нашим дорученням на підставі договорів про обробку даних і не мають права використовувати ваші дані для власних цілей.

• База даних, авторизація і сховище ілюстрацій. Сервери в Європейському Союзі.
• Наш сервер застосунку (приймає запити від апки і передає їх далі). Хмарні функції, за замовчуванням у США. Він не зберігає ваш контент, лише пропускає його.
• Сервіс ШІ (переклади, приклади, ілюстрації, плутанки, розпізнавання фото). США. Що саме він отримує: для картки слова саме слово або ваш список слів чи текст, для прикладу слово і переклад, для ілюстрації слово, контекст і вашу нотатку, для плутанок слово і переклад, для розбору фото стиснене зображення. Ідентифікатор акаунта та пошту він не отримує. За договором сервіс не навчає на ваших даних свої моделі і може зберігати запит до 30 днів лише для контролю зловживань, після чого стирає.
• Сервіс моніторингу збоїв. США. Отримує лише технічний звіт з розділу 1.
• Сервіс продуктової аналітики. Європейський Союз. Отримує лише лічильники подій.
• Apple і Google. Вхід через них означає лише перевірку вашої пошти. Покупки проходять через App Store або Google Play за їхніми правилами приватності.
• Хостинг сайту learnwordapp.com. Технічні журнали запитів з IP-адресою на короткий строк, без облікових записів і без cookies для трекінгу.

Передача даних у США (сервер застосунку, сервіс ШІ, сервіс збоїв) захищена стандартними договірними умовами ЄС або сертифікацією постачальника за EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Озвучка слів виконується на самому пристрої і нікуди не передається.

4. Скільки зберігаємо

• Словник, картки, історія повторень, ілюстрації, лічильники використання, покупки: поки існує акаунт, плюс 30 днів після запиту на видалення (розділ 5).
• Звіти про збої: до 90 днів у сервісі моніторингу, далі стираються автоматично. Журнал помилок у нашій базі: разом з акаунтом.
• Лічильники подій: до 12 місяців для окремих записів, далі лише сукупні цифри без ідентифікаторів.

5. Доступ, захист і видалення

• Словник зберігається локально на пристрої та дзеркалиться в ваш акаунт, поки він існує. Доступ до даних акаунта захищений правилами на рівні рядків: інший користувач їх не бачить.
• Ілюстрації зберігаються у сховищі за випадковим посиланням без вашої пошти чи імені. Посилання відкриється будь-кому, хто його знає, тож не діліться ним, якщо картинка приватна. Після видалення акаунта ілюстрації стираються зі сховища.
• «Вийти з акаунта» в Профілі очищує словник, прогрес і налаштування на цьому пристрої. На сервері дані лишаються, підписка не зупиняється.
• Видалити акаунт можна там само, в Профілі. Після запиту акаунт стає в чергу на видалення: 30 днів дані лишаються на місці на випадок, якщо ви передумаєте. Якщо за цей час ви ввійдете тим самим акаунтом, застосунок запропонує відновити його, і черга скасується. Коли 30 днів минуть, ми стираємо акаунт, словник, картки, історію повторень, ілюстрації у сховищі, лічильники, журнал помилок і записи про покупки. Звіти про збої та лічильники подій стираються за строками з розділу 4. Хочете швидше або без входу в апку: напишіть на hello@hadeys.com з тієї пошти, що в акаунті, і ми зробимо це вручну.
• Ви можете будь-коли зберегти копію словника файлом (Профіль → «Дані і копія» → «Зберегти копію»). У файлі слова, переклади, приклади, нотатки, картки і журнал повторень.

6. Ваші права

За GDPR і Законом України «Про захист персональних даних» ви можете: отримати копію своїх даних, виправити їх, стерти, обмежити обробку, заперечити проти обробки на підставі законного інтересу (зокрема проти лічильників подій), перенести дані у машиночитному форматі та відкликати згоду там, де вона була підставою. Словник ви експортуєте самі, решту даних ми надішлемо на запит. Пишіть на hello@hadeys.com з адреси, прив'язаної до акаунта, або з гостьового акаунта через Профіль → «Підтримка». Відповідаємо протягом 30 днів. Якщо ви вважаєте, що ми порушили ваші права, можна поскаржитись до Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини або до органу із захисту даних вашої країни в ЄС.

7. Діти

LearnWord підходить для сімейного навчання. Акаунт створює і контролює дорослий: він приймає Умови користування, робить покупки і вирішує, чи користуватись функціями ШІ. Дитина користується застосунком через акаунт дорослого. Ми не збираємо свідомо персональні дані дітей без участі батьків: пошту ми отримуємо лише при свідомому вході, а текст слів іде в сервіс ШІ лише за натисканням кнопки. Якщо ви вважаєте, що дитина самостійно створила акаунт або передала нам дані, напишіть нам, і ми їх видалимо.

8. Зміни

Про суттєві зміни цієї політики ми повідомимо в застосунку. Дата останнього оновлення вказана вгорі сторінки. Якщо українська і англійська версії розходяться, перевагу має українська.

1. What we store

• Account identifier. On first launch the app creates a guest account with a random ID, without email or name. It lets us keep your dictionary on the server and move it between devices. When you sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed code, the guest dictionary is merged into the account of that email.
• Email address. Only if you choose to link your account: sign in with Apple, with Google or by an emailed code. From Apple and Google we receive only your email and a sign-in identifier, never your contacts or other data. Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real one. The sign-in code email is sent by the email service of our authentication provider.
• Your content. Words, translations, examples, notes, contexts, card settings, review history and generated illustrations.
• Photos you submit for scanning. If you photograph a book page or send a screenshot to extract words, the image is compressed on the device and sent to the AI service for recognition. It is not stored on our servers: only the words you then add to your dictionary remain.
• Usage counters. How many illustrations, photo scans and AI words you have used in a period, to apply the free allowance, the subscription and paid packs.
• Crash reports. If the app crashes or hits an error, we receive a technical report: device model, OS and app version, the error text and your account identifier. No word text, no email, no location. Separately, our own database keeps an error log: when an illustration fails to generate, it records the word it failed for.
• Event counters. Technical events such as "app opened", "word added", "review finished", "Plus screen shown" with your account identifier, app version and platform. No name, no email and no word text. The analytics service derives an approximate location (country and city) from the request IP address, we do not keep the address itself. We only look at these events in aggregate to see which features work and which do not.
• Purchases. Whether a subscription or top-up is active, until when, and the store transaction identifier. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google. We never see them.
• Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the thread while we handle the request and for one year after it.

2. Why and on what basis

Solely to run the app. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it and do not share it with data brokers.

• Sign-in, dictionary sync, review scheduling, allowances and purchases. Basis: performance of our contract with you (the Terms of Use). The app cannot work without this.
• Translations, examples, illustrations, photo scanning, mix-up options in exercises. Basis: performance of the contract. You trigger each transfer to the AI service yourself by tapping a button, and you can skip these features entirely.
• Crash reports, the error log and bot protection (request rate ceiling). Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the app working and secure.
• Event counters. Basis: our legitimate interest in understanding which features are used so we can improve the product. You can object to this processing by emailing hello@hadeys.com, and we will stop collecting events from your account.
• Answering your requests. Basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us, and the contract where the request concerns a subscription or purchase.

3. Who processes data and where

We do not name specific providers, only categories. All of them act on our instructions under data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

• Database, authentication and illustration storage. Servers in the European Union.
• Our app server (receives requests from the app and passes them on). Cloud functions, located in the United States by default. It does not store your content, it only relays it.
• AI service (translations, examples, illustrations, mix-ups, photo recognition). United States. What it receives: for a word card the word itself or your list of words or text, for an example the word and its translation, for an illustration the word, the context and your note, for mix-ups the word and its translation, for photo scanning the compressed image. It never receives your account identifier or email. Under our agreement the service does not train its models on your data and may keep a request for up to 30 days solely for abuse monitoring, then deletes it.
• Crash monitoring service. United States. Receives only the technical report from section 1.
• Product analytics service. European Union. Receives only the event counters.
• Apple and Google. Signing in with them only verifies your email. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play under their own privacy rules.
• Hosting of learnwordapp.com. Short-lived technical request logs with the IP address, no accounts and no tracking cookies.

Transfers to the United States (app server, AI service, crash monitoring) are protected by the EU standard contractual clauses or by the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Word pronunciation runs on the device itself and is never transmitted.

4. How long we keep it

• Dictionary, cards, review history, illustrations, usage counters, purchases: for as long as the account exists, plus 30 days after a deletion request (section 5).
• Crash reports: up to 90 days in the monitoring service, then deleted automatically. The error log in our database: deleted with the account.
• Event counters: up to 12 months for individual records, then only aggregate numbers without identifiers.

5. Access, protection and deletion

• Your dictionary lives on your device and is mirrored to your account for as long as the account exists. Row-level security rules ensure other users cannot access it.
• Illustrations are kept in storage under a random link that contains no email or name. The link opens for anyone who knows it, so do not share it if the picture is private. After account deletion the illustrations are removed from storage.
• "Sign out" in Profile clears the dictionary, progress and settings on this device. Server data stays, and the subscription is not stopped.
• Delete the account right there in Profile. After the request the account is queued for deletion: the data stays in place for 30 days in case you change your mind. If you sign in with the same account during that time, the app offers to restore it and the queue is cancelled. Once the 30 days pass, we erase the account, dictionary, cards, review history, illustrations in storage, counters, the error log and purchase records. Crash reports and event counters expire on the schedule in section 4. Want it sooner, or without opening the app: email hello@hadeys.com from the address linked to the account and we will do it by hand.
• You can save a copy of your dictionary as a file at any time (Profile → "Data and backup" → "Save a copy"). The file contains words, translations, examples, notes, cards and the review log.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Ukrainian Law "On Personal Data Protection" you can: obtain a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest (including the event counters), receive your data in a machine-readable format, and withdraw consent where consent was the basis. You export the dictionary yourself, the rest we send on request. Email hello@hadeys.com from the address linked to the account, or from a guest account via Profile → "Support". We reply within 30 days. If you believe we have violated your rights, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the data protection authority of your EU country.

7. Children

LearnWord is suitable for family learning. The account is created and controlled by an adult: they accept the Terms of Use, make purchases and decide whether to use the AI features. A child uses the app through the adult's account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without a parent's involvement: we only receive an email on a deliberate sign-in, and word text goes to the AI service only on a button tap. If you believe a child has created an account or provided us data on their own, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We will announce material changes to this policy in the app. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. If the Ukrainian and English versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
